Refund policy

At NMCO, we take pride in creating carefully crafted fiberglass mannequin heads of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we have implemented a strict no refunds policy. However, we do make an exception for products that are delivered damaged.

Please take note of the following points regarding our policy:

 

Quality Assurance

We pay meticulous attention to detail during the manufacturing process to ensure that each Nummie mannequin head meets our stringent quality standards. We guarantee that the product you receive will be in excellent condition.

 

No Refunds

As our Nummie mannequin heads are custom-made and fragile, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is delivered damaged.

 

Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that a Nummie mannequin head arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. To initiate a refund, you must provide clear photographs or video evidence of the damaged item. Our customer support team will assess the situation promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping our Nummie mannequin heads to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if a product arrives damaged, we understand that it is beyond your control. We will take responsibility for such cases and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Please keep in mind that due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds for any reasons other than delivery damage.
